Verification tells attendees that the institute is real. Listeners can use Minbur before it is finished, but some features wait for approval.
- Open Verification in the portal menu.
- Upload your licence or registration paper.
- Upload the administrator’s ID. Only the platform team sees it.
- Add the bank account details for donations.
- Set the map location, so people can find you with Near me.
- Press submit. The team reviews it and emails you.
If the request is rejected the email gives the reason. Fix it and ask again.
