- Test everything an hour before: Wi-Fi, phone, TV code, QR poster.
- Keep one spare phone charged with the speaker console ready.
- Use short lines. One idea per line.
- Pre-load translations the day before; do not auto-translate on the day.
- Put the QR poster at eye level and say once at the start: “scan to read in your language.”
- Use the demo room to rehearse. It is private and lasts two hours.
- Ask attendees which language they use and add it.
